About the Role

Penguin Property is hiring a Real Estate Executive to manage and oversee property portfolios in Dubai. The role involves handling property management operations, conducting market research, financial analysis, and managing real estate transactions. The ideal candidate will liaise with clients, negotiate leases and sales, and ensure that all property operations comply with real estate regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage property portfolios and oversee day-to-day property operations.

• Handle facilities management (FM) and ensure smooth property maintenance.

• Conduct market research and financial analysis for decision-making.

• Negotiate leases, contracts, and property sales with clients.

• Ensure compliance with real estate laws and regulatory requirements.

• Maintain strong relationships with tenants, landlords, and stakeholders.

• Provide support in managing commercial real estate transactions.

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate.

• Strong background in Property Management and Facility Management (FM).

• Proficiency in finance and real estate financial analysis.

• Knowledge of commercial real estate market trends.

• Strong negotiation and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple properties.

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.

• Experience in the Dubai real estate market is a plus.
