Abdulla Al Masaood and Sons Group (AMS Group) is looking for a skilled Technician – Harley Davidson to join its motorcycle division in Dubai. The role involves performing expert maintenance, repairs, inspections, and customizations on Harley-Davidson motorcycles while ensuring top-quality service and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems on Harley-Davidson motorcycles.

• Carry out routine maintenance services such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake replacements.

• Conduct inspections and troubleshooting to resolve technical issues effectively.

• Install accessories and execute customizations based on customer specifications.

• Communicate clearly with customers to understand service needs and deliver professional support.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workshop environment in compliance with company standards.

Requirements (Must Have):

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a motorcycle technician (preferably with Harley-Davidson).

• Strong mechanical aptitude and proven problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.

• Physically capable of lifting, bending, and working in a fast-paced workshop.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have):

• Technical training or certification in motorcycle maintenance/repair.

• Harley-Davidson factory training or certification.

• Additional recognized certifications (e.g., Master Technician, ASE).
