Atlantis Resorts is seeking experienced Lounge Waitresses for the Royal Tea Room at Atlantis The Royal, Dubai. This luxury tearoom serves sophisticated afternoon tea with a stunning backdrop of the Skyblaze fountain show. The role involves providing exceptional guest service, ensuring a memorable luxury experience, and supporting daily F&B operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Present menus, answer guest queries, and make recommendations regarding food, beverages, and promotions.

• Communicate dietary requirements, allergies, and special requests to the kitchen.

• Follow the standard sequence of service according to Forbes Guide and outlet SOPs.

• Actively upsell to enhance guest experience and increase average check.

• Anticipate guest needs and proactively ensure satisfaction.

• Assist the Head Waiter in daily operational management.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in F&B service in a high-volume, luxury 5-star environment.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, comfortable interacting with guests.

• Knowledge of beverages and willingness to learn about new cuisines.

• Professional, engaging, and proactive approach to service.
