A leading educational institution in Abu Dhabi is seeking a dedicated School Counselor to support students’ academic, emotional, social, and career development. The counselor will provide guidance, track progress, and foster a safe, supportive school environment to ensure holistic student growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support students in personal, social, and academic development.

• Track student progress and provide timely interventions.

• Communicate with parents regarding student behavior and concerns.

• Teach students job search skills, resume writing, and interview preparation.

• Assist students in managing personal, social, or behavioral challenges.

• Focus on prevention and life skills development for early challenge management.

• Guide students in course selection aligned with interests and future goals.

• Maintain updated career resources for student exploration.

• Foster healthy social skills and relationships among students.

• Respect cultural influences on student behavior and development.

• Monitor students facing social difficulties and refer to external support when needed.

• Maintain confidentiality to protect student privacy and well-being.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or Counseling.

• Minimum 2 years’ experience working in a school setting with students.

• Fluent in Arabic with excellent English communication skills.
