Glow Beauty on Demand is hiring a Kids Club Animator at Emirates Palace Mandarin Oriental, Abu Dhabi. This full-time role involves organizing and leading engaging activities for children, ensuring their safety, and creating memorable experiences in a luxury hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and conduct age-appropriate activities, including arts & crafts, games, sports, and interactive learning.

• Foster positive relationships with children, promoting trust, security, and emotional support.

• Supervise children to ensure safety and well-being at all times.

• Maintain a clean and organized Kids Club area, including sanitizing toys and equipment.

• Follow daily schedules, snack times, rest periods, and transitions.

• Communicate effectively with parents/guardians regarding children’s participation and activities.

• Implement positive behaviour management techniques and encourage cooperation.

• Collaborate with other Kids Club staff to coordinate activities and share ideas.

• Attend training sessions and professional development opportunities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Kids Club Animator, preferably in luxury hotels or resorts.

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.

• Problem-solving skills with a professional attitude.

• Basic first aid knowledge is preferred.

• Passionate about working with children and creating a fun, safe environment.
