Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Contracts Specialist to join a leading investment group in Dubai. The role involves drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts and legal documents in both English and Arabic, ensuring compliance with local laws, regulations, and company policies. You will provide legal guidance to internal teams, support business initiatives, and minimize potential risks while safeguarding the company’s interests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of contracts and agreements in English and Arabic.

• Ensure contracts comply with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.

• Provide clear legal advice to management and business teams on contractual obligations.

• Maintain and manage an organized database of contracts and monitor contract performance.

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to support operational and strategic goals.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Law is mandatory.

• Minimum of 5 years’ proven experience in contract drafting, negotiation, and management.

• Strong expertise in creating and revising contracts from scratch.

• Excellent drafting and negotiation skills in both English and Arabic.

• Age requirement: 35 years old and below.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: Up to AED 15,000 (all-inclusive, based on experience and qualifications).

• Additional Benefits: Annual airline ticket.
