Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our client’s reputable healthcare team in Dubai. In this role, you will deliver exceptional patient care, support physicians, and contribute to a safe and patient-centered medical environment. The right candidate will have strong clinical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a multicultural, fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct patient care, including administering medications and treatments.

• Monitor and record patient health conditions and vital signs with accuracy.

• Work closely with doctors and healthcare professionals to implement care plans.

• Provide health education and guidance to patients and families.

• Maintain up-to-date and compliant medical records.

• Respond swiftly to medical emergencies and provide appropriate interventions.

• Uphold all healthcare standards, policies, and safety protocols.

• Engage in ongoing professional learning and development.

Requirements:

• Valid Registered Nurse license (UAE or eligibility for licensing). Overseas candidates will also be considered.

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or equivalent qualification.

• Proven nursing experience in hospitals or clinical environments.

• In-depth knowledge of nursing procedures, healthcare protocols, and medical terminology.

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Compassionate, patient-focused approach with the flexibility to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
