This on-site role is ideal for a recruiter familiar with the Dubai real estate market and RERA requirements. The recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and onboarding top-performing real estate agents while maintaining a strong talent pipeline for the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Attract and recruit top real estate talent using various channels.

• Conduct interviews and assess candidate suitability for roles.

• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future recruitment needs.

• Coordinate onboarding processes in collaboration with HR and management.

• Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate recruitment (Dubai market preferred).

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Knowledge of Dubai’s real estate industry and RERA regulations.

• Ability to manage the full recruitment process efficiently.
