The company is seeking a Balloon Decor & Front of House staff member to join their onboard crew. This role uniquely combines event décor creativity with front-of-house hospitality, ensuring guests enjoy a memorable luxury experience.

The ideal candidate will be both creative and professional, capable of designing stunning balloon décor, crafting personalized signage, and delivering impeccable guest service. This is an on-site, full-time role aboard the yacht, supporting a 5-star guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create visually stunning balloon décor and event styling onboard.

• Use Cricut skills to design personalized signage and décor elements.

• Welcome and serve guests, maintaining pristine guest areas.

• Support a 5-star guest experience throughout events at sea.

• Collaborate with the yacht crew to ensure smooth event operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience in balloon décor and Cricut design.

• Background in hospitality or front-of-house roles (yachts, hotels, or events).
