Transguard Workforce Solutions is a leading provider of workforce management and staffing solutions, serving multiple industries across the UAE. They are seeking a Freelance Recruiter to manage high-volume hiring for blue-collar roles in sectors such as logistics, construction, manufacturing, hospitality, and retail. This is a remote, contract-based opportunity with a commission-based earning structure.

The ideal candidate will be results-driven, organized, and experienced in sourcing, screening, and onboarding large numbers of candidates efficiently. You will work closely with the Recruitment Manager to meet workforce demands and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with the Recruitment Manager to understand workforce needs and job specifications.

• Source candidates through job portals, social media, local networks, and field recruitment.

• Conduct bulk screening and shortlisting for roles such as warehouse staff, drivers, cleaners, technicians, engineers, helpers, and other operational positions.

• Organize and manage walk-in drives, job fairs, and local recruitment campaigns.

• Coordinate interviews, assessments, and onboarding processes.

• Maintain accurate records of candidate pipelines and hiring metrics.

• Ensure recruitment compliance with labor laws and company policies.

• Provide regular updates and reports on hiring progress and challenges.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in blue-collar or volume hiring.

• Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with local labor markets.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple hiring campaigns simultaneously.

• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) or recruitment tools is a plus.

• Fluency in English and Hindi/Urdu or other regional languages is preferred.

• Ability to work under tight deadlines and meet hiring targets.

Compensation:

• Commission-based: 50% of the total placement fee per hire.
