Our client, a dynamic real estate company in Dubai, is seeking an experienced Recruiter – Real Estate (m/f/d) to lead the hiring efforts and attract top talent across all departments. This hands-on role involves managing the full recruitment cycle—from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding new team members—while partnering closely with leadership to ensure the company hires the right people at the right time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.

• Partner with managers to define hiring needs and create compelling job descriptions.

• Utilize multiple sourcing strategies, including job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and agencies, to build strong candidate pipelines.

• Coordinate interviews and provide timely feedback to candidates and hiring teams.

• Ensure a smooth, professional, and respectful candidate experience at all stages.

• Support onboarding and training for new hires, ensuring they are prepared and welcomed.

• Maintain recruitment processes aligned with UAE labor laws and internal policies.

• Track and report key hiring metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness) and provide insights for improvement.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience, ideally within the real estate sector.

• Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.

• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational abilities.

• Proficiency with recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems (ATS).

• Knowledge of UAE labor laws and hiring compliance.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (preferred).

• Experience in onboarding and training is a plus.
