As a Remote Recruiter (Commission Only), you will be responsible for uploading live roles or candidate profiles, collaborating with complementary recruiters, and managing your workflow independently. This is a fully remote, freelance role with no fixed KPIs or targets, designed for proactive recruiters seeking international opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Upload live roles or candidate profiles to the platform.

• Collaborate with other recruiters through AI-powered matching (Xchange Engine).

• Agree on and manage a 50/50 fee split for successfully filled roles.

• Manage your time and recruitment workflow independently without strict KPIs.
