As a Global Visa Consultant, you will play a vital role in assisting clients with their visa applications across multiple countries. This is a full-time on-site position based in Dubai, where you will be responsible for providing professional consultation, ensuring accuracy in application processes, and delivering outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guide clients through visa application processes for multiple countries.

• Provide accurate and up-to-date advice on visa requirements and documentation.

• Review and verify application forms and supporting documents.

• Deliver excellent customer service, ensuring a smooth and stress-free experience for clients.

• Liaise with relevant authorities, embassies, and consulates when required.

• Stay updated on immigration rules, policies, and visa application procedures.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• In-depth knowledge of global visa application procedures.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Previous experience in customer service or consultancy roles.

• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.

• Multilingual skills are highly desirable.

• Bachelor’s degree in International Relations, Travel & Tourism, or a related field.

• Experience working with VFS Global UAE is preferred.
