Leasing Coordinator
Ras Al Khaimah Economic Zone (RAKEZ) Ras Al Khaimah , UAE

Ras Al Khaimah Economic Zone (RAKEZ) is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Leasing Coordinator to provide back-office leasing support services and manage a diverse real estate portfolio. This role is not customer-facing and focuses on managing data, documents, and system updates related to leasing operations across various facility types including land, offices, warehouses, accommodations, and retail spaces.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle all back-end leasing processes ensuring accurate data and documentation in Salesforce and SAP systems.

  • Prepare lease agreements for new sales and renewals to ensure timely processing upon payment.

  • Maintain accurate client details and contact information in internal systems.

  • Coordinate with cross-functional departments to resolve exceptional cases and amendments within designated timelines.

  • Send renewal reminders and follow up with clients to ensure timely lease renewals.

  • Update external communications regarding leasing policies and procedures for clients.

  • Initiate and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in leasing operations.

  • Manage the Take Over of Facility process to ensure non-renewed premises are prepared for new leasing opportunities.

Skills & Qualifications Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field.

  • 3–5 years of experience in leasing, portfolio management, property management, business administration, or real estate administration.

  • Strong knowledge of leasing processes, tenant relations, portfolio management, and compliance requirements.

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); knowledge of SAP, Salesforce, or similar ERP/CRM systems is an advantage.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; fluency in English is required, Arabic preferred.

  • Familiarity with lease contracts, amendments, and compliance documentation.

  • Ability to draft, review, and process lease agreements and reports.

  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

  • Basic understanding of accounting principles such as rent, deposits, and invoicing.

  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy.
