Basatin Landscaping SPLLC is seeking a skilled Quality Assurance / Quality Control (QA/QC) Inspector to oversee and maintain high standards across construction and landscaping projects. The role involves implementing quality control procedures, conducting inspections, and ensuring compliance with industry standards, project specifications, and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement quality control plans, procedures, and guidelines.

• Conduct inspections and audits to ensure compliance with specifications and standards.

• Review drawings, plans, and specifications to identify potential quality issues.

• Collaborate with engineering and design teams to maintain quality throughout the project lifecycle.

• Perform on-site inspections to monitor workmanship, materials, and adherence to standards.

• Document non-conformities and coordinate corrective and preventive actions.

• Manage records of quality control activities, including reports, test results, and inspection records.

• Coordinate and conduct material testing as per project requirements.

• Prepare detailed quality control reports for management and stakeholders.

• Provide training to project teams on quality standards and best practices.

• Communicate expectations to subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring compliance.

• Stay updated with construction codes, regulations, and best practices.

• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

• Proven experience as a QA/QC Inspector within the construction and landscaping industry.

• Relevant certifications in Quality Assurance and Quality Control.

• Strong knowledge of industry codes, regulations, and project documentation.

• Excellent communication, inspection, and reporting skills.

• Ability to foster a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
