VIVA is hiring an experienced Project Manager to oversee end-to-end store development projects, from site selection to construction supervision, vendor management, and store design execution. The ideal candidate will ensure timely delivery of retail projects while maintaining brand standards, coordinating with stakeholders, and staying updated with retail innovations and design trends.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in site selection and prepare detailed survey reports, interpreting drawings, codes, and regulatory requirements.

• Develop project plans including costing, schedules, and approvals.

• Nominate, evaluate, and appoint consultants, contractors, and vendors while negotiating rates and contractual terms.

• Manage vendor relationships and define project expectations.

• Identify and evaluate new products, materials, and solutions for cost-effectiveness and quality.

• Oversee procurement and supervise on-site activities, ensuring timely and efficient completion.

• Guide and manage manpower, contractors, and supervisors at project sites.

• Coordinate with external agencies such as consultants, suppliers, and municipal authorities for approvals.

• Supervise construction, interior design, MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing), carpentry, and signage-related works.

• Conceptualize and redesign store formats aligned with customer needs and market trends.

• Develop complete showroom designs, including floor plans, elevations, lighting, and graphics.

• Review and process drawings, samples, and ensure compliance with company standards.

• Stay updated on the latest retail design innovations, shop fittings, and materials.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Graduate degree in Architecture, Planning & Design, Applied Science, or Civil Engineering.

• Strong experience in project management, store development, construction supervision, and retail design.

• Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams, vendors, and timelines.

• Knowledge of MEP, civil works, retail design standards, and material specifications.

• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
