OMNIYAT is seeking a Director – Longevity and Wellness to lead the development, implementation, and management of innovative wellness and longevity programs that enhance the physical, mental, and emotional well-being of individuals and communities. The ideal candidate will collaborate with healthcare professionals, wellness experts, and community organizations to create integrated, evidence-based initiatives aligned with the organization’s vision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive longevity and wellness strategy aligned with organizational goals.

• Monitor emerging trends in health and wellness to integrate innovative practices into programs.

• Build partnerships with healthcare providers, wellness coaches, nutritionists, and community organizations.

• Oversee the planning, execution, and evaluation of wellness initiatives, workshops, and events.

• Lead and manage a multidisciplinary wellness team including coaches, nutritionists, and fitness experts.

• Ensure programs are evidence-based, culturally competent, and inclusive.

• Conduct performance reviews and support staff professional development.

• Manage budgets for wellness initiatives and identify funding opportunities for sustainability.

• Promote wellness programs through strategic marketing and community engagement.

• Represent OMNIYAT at external events, conferences, and professional gatherings.

• Evaluate outcomes using data-driven metrics and implement continuous improvements.

• Advocate for wellness-supportive policies and ensure compliance with health regulations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Health Promotion, Wellness Management, or related field (Master’s preferred).

• 10–15 years of experience in the health and wellness sector, with 5+ years in program management and 2+ years in leadership.

• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.

• Proficiency in program evaluation and data analysis.

• Deep knowledge of health and wellness best practices and regulatory standards.

• Ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.

• Innovative, empathetic, and culturally sensitive approach.

• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
