Dubai Courts is seeking a qualified Family Counselor (موجه أسري) to manage and resolve family disputes referred to the department. The role focuses on amicable settlements, drafting reconciliation agreements, and reducing the number of cases brought before the courts, in accordance with Article 16 of Federal Law No. 28 of 2005 on Personal Status.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage and resolve family disputes using the best practices.

Facilitate amicable settlements between parties.

Draft reconciliation agreements to document settlements.

Reduce the number of cases raised to the competent court.

Apply legal, psychological, and social knowledge in dispute resolution.
Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Islamic Sharia, Law, Psychology, or Sociology.

Minimum of 6 years of relevant work experience in family counseling or dispute resolution.

Specialized Diplomas in:
-
Family Counseling (الإرشاد الأسري).
-
Psychological Counseling (الإرشاد النفسي).

Strong conflict resolution, communication, and interpersonal skills.

UAE Nationals only.
