A franchise hotel under the IHG Hotels & Resorts brand is seeking a Waiter / Waitress (Russian / Arabic Speaker) to join their restaurant team in Dubai. The role focuses on delivering exceptional guest experiences through attentive service, warm hospitality, and effective communication with a diverse clientele. Candidates should have excellent communication skills, the ability to work in fast-paced environments, and fluency in Russian or Arabic to cater to international guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly and provide seamless service from seating to dessert.

• Take and deliver food and beverage orders promptly.

• Set up dining tables with linens, silverware, and glasses.

• Upsell menu items and promotions where appropriate.

• Ensure excellent guest care and attention at all times.

• Maintain clear communication with bar and restaurant staff to ensure smooth operations.

• Follow beverage preparation, service standards, hygiene, HACCP guidelines, and cashiering procedures.

• Assist with opening, closing, cleaning checklists, and other assigned tasks.

• Support restaurant manager with special duties and projects.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Ability to lift, push, or carry objects up to 23 kg.

• Basic literacy and numeracy skills.

• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

• Compliance with food handling and alcohol service laws in Dubai.

• Strong communication skills; welcoming, guest-focused, and service-driven.

• Fluency in Russian and/or Arabic for effective guest communication.
