Key Responsibilities:
Operations & Service:

Manage daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.

Oversee food quality, cleanliness, and ambiance in line with brand standards.

Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
Team Management:

Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise restaurant staff.

Provide coaching, mentorship, and performance feedback.

Customer Experience:

Address and resolve customer complaints in a professional manner.

Foster a welcoming atmosphere and deliver exceptional service.
