TOTÓ Restaurant Dubai, a luxury Italian-Mediterranean dining destination, is seeking a professional and experienced Waiter/Waitress to deliver exceptional service and ensure memorable dining experiences for guests. The role requires maintaining fine dining standards, offering personalized guest service, and ensuring smooth order management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet, welcome, and escort guests with professionalism and warmth.

• Provide attentive, personalized service while anticipating guest needs.

• Present menus, explain food and beverage offerings, and recommend pairings.

• Accurately take and process orders using POS systems.

• Communicate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and correct order delivery.

• Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring presentation and quality.

• Handle billing, payments, and transactions efficiently.

• Upsell additional products and services to enhance guest experiences.

Qualifications & Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• 1–2 years’ experience in fine dining, preferably in Italian or Mediterranean cuisine restaurants.

• Strong English communication skills (verbal and written).

• Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude.

• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

• Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and fine dining service standards.

• Familiarity with POS systems; knowledge of wine service preferred.

• Physically fit to stand, walk, and carry trays for long shifts.
