Accor is seeking a professional and courteous Waitress for the Lobby area at Sofitel Dubai Jumeirah Beach. The role requires delivering high-quality service in accordance with hotel standards, supporting Food & Beverage operations, and contributing to a positive guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide courteous, professional, efficient, and flexible service following hotel SOPs.

• Adapt to rotate across different sub-departments of the Food & Beverage Division or other assigned areas.

• Carry out opening and closing procedures and maintain cleanliness and organization.

• Monitor operating supplies, reduce wastage, and ensure mis-en-place is stocked.

• Handle guest enquiries promptly and maintain positive guest relationships.

• Maintain high standards of personal appearance, hygiene, and uniform compliance.

• Attend training sessions, meetings, and coach new staff members.

• Follow hotel fire, health, and safety procedures, ensuring a safe environment for guests and staff.

• Assist with inventory management, record keeping, and daily logs.

• Support revenue growth by understanding menu items, recommending combinations, and upselling alternatives.

• Ensure confidentiality of all hotel, customer, and staff information.

• Comply with Accor’s policies, diversity and inclusion initiatives, and local legislation.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Previous experience in a hotel or restaurant Food & Beverage role is preferred.

• Positive attitude, excellent communication, and strong customer service skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Flexibility to adapt to different work situations and departments.

• Knowledge of food hygiene regulations and cash handling is advantageous.

• Commitment to maintaining high grooming standards.
