TRAKS PRO, in collaboration with its sister company Mountain Extreme, provides innovative and safe climbing experiences. The company is dedicated to creating engaging and educational climbing activities for participants of all ages while maintaining strict safety standards.

Role Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Climbing Wall Instructor to supervise climbing sessions, ensure safety, and deliver an enjoyable and educational experience for all participants. The role involves equipment maintenance, risk management, emergency response, and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor climbing areas during operating hours to ensure compliance with safety rules.

• Conduct safety inductions for new climbers.

• Inspect and maintain climbing equipment, reporting issues immediately.

• Lead group classes, private lessons, workshops, and special events.

• Enforce gym rules and address unsafe behavior promptly.

• Keep climbing areas clean, organized, and hazard-free.

• Perform pre-climb safety checks on harnesses, knots, and belay systems.

• Respond effectively to accidents or equipment failures and provide first aid if needed.

• Communicate clearly and effectively with climbers, staff, and management.

• Motivate participants and encourage skill improvement.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum 1 year of climbing instruction or belay certification experience preferred.

• First Aid & CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).

• Fluent in English; spoken Arabic preferred.

• Strong belaying, technical climbing, and safety skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Team player, safety-focused, and adaptable to fast-paced environments.

• Experience with kids, teens, and adults is an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification from a recognized climbing association (e.g., CWI, SPI).

• Experience in route setting or competition judging.

• Background in fitness coaching or outdoor education.
