Role Overview:
The Assistant Manager, Kids Club oversees the daily operations of the Atlantis Explorers Club and Nanny Services, ensuring the highest standards of safety, care, and entertainment for children aged 4–12.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and train team members and nannies in handling children and conducting activities.

• Prepare departmental schedules in line with resort requirements.

• Ensure toys, games, and Kids Club activities are maintained in proper condition.

• Plan and execute theme parties and special activities.

• Arrange training, certification programs, and refresher courses for team members.

• Uphold professionalism and guest relations at all times.

Qualifications & Skills:

• 2–3 years of supervisory experience in a large facility, kids club, family entertainment, or recreation activities.

• Strong leadership and team development skills.

• Ability to build positive relationships with managers, peers, subordinates, and guests.

• Comfortable providing constructive feedback and training.

• Passion for working with children and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
