Job Description:
As an Off-Plan Property Consultant at DRE Homes, you will promote and sell new and upcoming real estate developments in Dubai. This role involves building strong client relationships, identifying opportunities, and collaborating with the team to meet business goals. Key responsibilities include:

• Building and maintaining relationships with investors and end-users through personalized follow-ups.

• Utilizing CRM tools and company leads to generate interest and close deals.

• Attending developer launch events, project briefings, and roadshows.

• Coordinating with Sales Progression and Marketing teams to enhance client satisfaction.

• Maintaining knowledge of Dubai’s Off-Plan real estate market, government regulations, and trends.

• Conducting follow-up calls after property viewings.

• Ensuring professional and transparent client interactions.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Prior sales experience required.

• Basic understanding of the Dubai real estate market and regulatory environment.

• Multilingual candidates encouraged.

• Ability to establish and maintain strong client relationships.

• Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and professional appearance.

• Valid UAE driving license.

• Financial stability for at least six months.

• Strong networking and interpersonal skills.

Compensation:

• Full-time, Commission-Only Based (50-70%).
