The Publisher Development Specialist will serve as the key liaison between Blockman and top crypto media outlets, negotiating deals, maintaining rate cards, building relationships, and ensuring seamless execution of organic and sponsored content. This role is ideal for strategic negotiators passionate about blockchain media.

Key Responsibilities:

• Negotiate competitive deals with media partners for press releases, sponsored articles, and interviews.

• Maintain and update rate cards according to market trends and partner feedback.

• Foster and maintain strong relationships with media outlets through regular communication and collaboration.

• Identify and onboard new crypto media partners to expand the company’s network.

• Collaborate with campaign operations teams to monitor content performance, report ROI, and optimize strategies.

• Develop PR strategies aligned with client goals in blockchain and DeFi, ensuring compliance with media policies.

• Ensure timely campaign delivery in collaboration with content and operations teams.

Requirements:

• 1+ years of experience in publisher management, media relations, or PR within crypto, blockchain, or fintech sectors.

• Proven track record securing placements in top crypto outlets.

• Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.

• Knowledge of blockchain, DeFi, and crypto protocols.

• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, global environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.

• Proficiency in CRM tools and media analytics.

• Russian or Chinese language proficiency.

• Active social presence in the crypto space.
