National Food Products Company (NFPC), a leading food and beverage manufacturer in the UAE, is seeking a skilled Production Supervisor – Injection Moulding to oversee Blow Moulding operations. The successful candidate will ensure that production targets are met, supervise and train operators, manage equipment maintenance, and uphold food safety standards. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring experience in injection and blow moulding operations, machinery management, and team supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily shift operations for Injection and Blow Moulding lines.

• Ensure production targets and demand requirements are achieved according to the production plan.

• Supervise and train operators in mould change operations and work-order closure.

• Monitor equipment performance on SIPA Line, Magic, Automa Blow Moulder, ADS, and Kosme machines.

• Record raw material consumption, finished goods reports, shift performance, and QC sampling data.

• Perform basic preventive maintenance to minimize machine downtime and optimize performance.

• Identify operational improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency.

• Conduct risk assessments and ensure proper maintenance to minimize operational hazards.

• Implement and maintain HACCP principles to uphold food safety standards.

• Inspect products regularly to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.

• Address and document any food safety issues or deviations promptly.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Blow Moulding, Injection Moulding, or SIPA lines.

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Plastic Engineering, or a related field.

• Strong leadership skills with experience managing large teams.

• Flexible and willing to work in shifts.

• Strong understanding of production processes, preventive maintenance, and safety protocols.
