Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract talented real estate agents.

• Build and maintain a robust candidate pipeline using traditional platforms and creative social recruiting methods.

• Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess skills, market knowledge, and cultural fit.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
