NNC is seeking a Media Relations Specialist to join their dynamic team in Sharjah. This role involves managing media relations, executing strategic campaigns, and providing client-focused communication support in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Develop in-depth knowledge of clients’ businesses and competitive landscapes.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with local and international media.

• Suggest media opportunities for clients, including feature stories and news hooks.

• Perform client and media research; provide on-ground media support during events.

• Review and distribute written materials such as press releases, newsletters, media invites, and reports.

• Proactively manage assigned clients through monthly plans and daily news coverage.

• Lead projects from initiation to completion.

• Prepare monthly reports summarizing media interviews and coverage for clients.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.

• 2–3 years’ experience in Media Relations or Public Relations.

• Excellent oral, written, and editorial skills.

• Strong project management, organizational, and multitasking abilities.

• Ability to meet tight deadlines and deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.

• Influential communications and consulting skills within an organization.
