Fairmont Dubai is seeking a professional and personable Lobby Hostess to enhance guest experiences and represent the hotel’s brand standards. The role involves greeting guests, assisting with directions and luggage, and ensuring a warm, welcoming environment in the hotel lobby.

Responsibilities:

• Greet every guest and visitor through the main entrance.

• Make guests feel welcome using authentic local greetings.

• Assist guests with luggage and provide directions within the hotel.

• Engage first-time visitors and show them the lobby and surroundings.

• Demonstrate Fairmont’s brand standards in all interactions.

• Handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while remaining calm.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service.

• Outstanding guest service skills and professional presentation.

• Sophisticated communication and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to work as part of a team and focus on guest needs.

• Flexible with working hours.

• Highly responsible and reliable.

• Impeccable grooming and presentation.

Physical Requirements:

• Frequent standing, walking, kneeling, pushing, and pulling.

• Occasional lifting of up to 20 lbs and using stairs/ramps.
