EMP GoWIN Global is seeking a passionate Sales Executive to join their events and wedding planning team in Dubai. This role involves selling premium event and wedding services, building client relationships, and ensuring client satisfaction for UAE-based weddings and special events.

Responsibilities:

• Meet clients to understand their event or wedding vision.

• Present design, production options, and service packages effectively.

• Build trust and long-term relationships with clients.

• Achieve monthly sales targets (starting from the second month).

• Collaborate with in-house design and production team to meet client expectations.

• Attend events to ensure smooth execution and client satisfaction.

• Track leads, proposals, and contracts.

Qualifications & Skills:

• 3–5 years of UAE experience in sales for events, weddings, or related services.

• Knowledge of UAE wedding culture, especially for local clients.

• Valid UAE driving license.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Positive, self-motivated, and target-driven.

Compensation & Benefits:

• AED 7,000 – 9,000 per month + 5–10% commission on total sales.
