Lux-Sar Properties is seeking a Junior Talent Acquisition Recruiter to manage the full life cycle of recruitment for their Dubai office. This on-site, full-time role involves sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates while collaborating closely with hiring managers. The Recruiter will also assist in developing and implementing recruitment strategies, ensuring the company attracts and retains top talent in the competitive real estate sector.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage the full recruitment life cycle including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates.

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create effective job descriptions.

Coordinate with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely feedback.

Assist in developing and implementing recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates.

Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and candidate interactions.

Support the HR team with other talent acquisition initiatives as needed.
Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year of experience working as a real estate broker in Dubai (mandatory).

Strong skills in full life-cycle recruiting, interviewing, and hiring.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Good organizational and time-management abilities.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Experience in talent acquisition or human resources is a plus.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
