Ali & Sons Holding LLC is offering an exciting opportunity for motivated individuals to start a rewarding career in the energy sector as an Air Drilling Field – Operator Trainee. This full-time, on-site role provides extensive hands-on training and exposure to air drilling operations, giving you the chance to develop technical expertise while working alongside seasoned professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support Ali & Sons Oilfield Services (ASOS) operations at both base and rig sites.

• Work under the supervision of Operations Manager, Operation Supervisor, and Senior Operator.

• Assist in rig up and rig down operations, ensuring safe handling of equipment.

• Participate in equipment preparation, cleaning, commissioning, and maintenance.

• Support pressure testing and other operational tasks at the base and rig sites.

• Report inventory and stock levels as required.

• Help coordinate travel and logistics for field deployment.

• Adhere strictly to safety protocols and correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

• Participate in safety meetings and toolbox talks.

• Report potential safety or operational concerns promptly.

• Carry out other tasks as directed by senior staff.

Requirements:

• Education: Technical diploma or high school certificate. A background in mechanical or engineering disciplines is an advantage.

• Experience: Entry-level role; no prior oilfield experience required, though mechanical aptitude is preferred.

• Languages: Basic English (mandatory); Arabic is a plus.

• Physical Requirements: Must be physically fit to work in demanding environments for long durations.

• Flexibility: Willingness to travel and work in remote field locations on rotational shifts.
