Kitopi is seeking a friendly, dynamic, and service-oriented Waitress (Arabic Speaker) to join their team in Sharjah. As the face of the restaurant, you will provide excellent customer service, ensure guests have a memorable dining experience, and support smooth daily operations. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in customer service or the F&B industry and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival.

• Take accurate food and beverage orders and serve promptly.

• Answer menu-related questions and make recommendations.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming dining area.

• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow.

• Address guest concerns or complaints with professionalism.

• Promote daily specials and upsell menu items where appropriate.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in customer service or food & beverage sector.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to thrive in a high-paced working environment.

• Arabic-speaking candidates preferred.
