This role focuses on booking classical music venues in Asia and supporting the national and international booking department to promote concerts featuring world-class talent.

Key Responsibilities:

• Book concert venues across Asia and ensure smooth scheduling.

• Collaborate with promoters, venues, and marketing teams to get concerts on sale.

• Maintain and grow professional relationships within the industry.

• Negotiate contracts and ensure all agreements are met.

• Work closely with the production department to support event execution.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in concert booking and promotion.

• Strong network of national and international contacts with venues and promoters.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Knowledge of concert production, marketing, and technical requirements.

• Experience with contracts, negotiations, and riders.

• Structured, reliable, and proactive workflow.

• Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
