KinFitz & Co. is seeking a Recruitment Consultant to join their expanding team in Dubai. The role focuses on candidate management and 180 recruitment within a fast-paced, results-driven environment. Reporting directly to leadership, you’ll help source, interview, and place top sales talent across the UAE and KSA. This hybrid, full-time role offers competitive salary, uncapped commission, career progression, and flexible work options.

Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end candidate recruitment within a 2–3 week sales cycle.

• Source, interview, and place top-performing sales candidates.

• Track and report recruitment metrics to support business growth.

• Suggest and implement improvements in recruitment processes.

• Collaborate with leadership on client and team growth strategies.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven track record in recruitment or high-volume sales.

• Strong communication skills with excellent email writing ability.

• Tech-savvy and comfortable with recruitment tools/software.

• Proactive, target-driven, and resilient in achieving results.

• Strong initiative with the ability to generate new ideas.

• KPI understanding and a competitive mindset.

Benefits:

• Salary: AED 8,000–14,000 + OTE AED 200,000–250,000 in Year 1.
