Customer Service Adviser (UAE National)
Bupa Dubai , UAE

Bupa is seeking a Customer Service Adviser (UAE National) to join its customer servicing team in Dubai. This hybrid role (4 days from home, 1 day in office) involves supporting members globally with insurance-related queries, policy management, billing inquiries, and complaint handling. The position offers 6-hour shifts (30 hours per week) with occasional weekend and public holiday coverage.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer enquiries regarding insurance policies via phone or written correspondence.

  • Process membership changes, reissue and track documents, and update contact details.

  • Manage billing inquiries, credit card collections, invoices, and receipts.

  • Support providers and brokers with policy-related queries.

  • Ensure accurate and updated system records.

  • Coordinate with service partners for medical treatments.

  • Assist internal departments with cultural and language barriers.

  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints.

Key Requirements:

  • Must be a UAE National with family book (required).

  • Must hold a University Degree (certificate required).

  • Previous training in a medical environment is preferred.

  • Experience in UAE health insurance is essential.

  • Strong knowledge of UAE health insurance regulations.

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.

  • Proficiency in written and spoken English.

  • Ability to work 6-hour shifts between 08:00 – 17:00, including weekends and public holidays.

  • Strong interpersonal, influencing, and problem-solving skills.
