ENOC is seeking a Marine Coordinator to implement, administer, and coordinate global SIRE inspections and Marine EHS vetting and clearance activities. This role manages the Marine Assurance and Vetting (MAV) database, supports the Marine EHS Performance Management System, and ensures smooth operations critical for managing revenue of 3–5 Million USD.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain the Marine Assurance and Vetting database; upload reports and improve system functionality.

Lead the implementation of Quality Management System within Marine EHS function.

Prepare global SIRE inspections and terminal annual EHS audit plans; allocate inspectors, manage logistics, track inspections, and follow up on reports.

Raise invoices for services, track payments, prepare quarterly account statements, and escalate overdue payments.

Generate monthly data analyses, trend reports, and presentations as required by the Manager – Marine EHS.

Provide administrative support to the Marine EHS Assurance team.

Plan and budget for sufficient resources to achieve departmental objectives.

Issue alerts/incident reports and publish on ENOC portal.

Coordinate with internal/external service providers (IT, Finance, Legal) and organize Marine EHS training, seminars, and conferences.
Candidate Profile / Qualifications:

Graduate preferably in Commerce or Finance.

3–5 years’ experience in a similar role with a reputable organisation.

Experience in marine, shipping, oil, or chemical industry preferred.

Proficient in MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and accounting software such as Tally.

Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.

Excellent analytical, investigative, interpersonal, and integrity skills.
