The Executive – Events at Apparel Group supports the Event Manager in planning, organizing, and executing events that align with brand standards. The role includes coordinating logistics, managing vendors, overseeing on-site operations, and ensuring timely and budget-conscious delivery of events to create engaging customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Event Manager in communicating with brands to determine exact event requirements.

  • Help produce detailed event proposals, including timelines, venues, suppliers, staffing, legal obligations, and budgets.

  • Research and negotiate with venues, suppliers, and contractors.

  • Manage and coordinate all event logistics, including venue and catering.

  • Lead and brief event staff during implementation and post-event activities.

  • Oversee overall project execution, dismantling, and venue clearance.

  • Conduct inspections and analytical mock-ups as required.

Candidate Profile / Qualifications:

  • 5–7 years of progressive experience in event management roles.

  • Strong skills in budget management, contract negotiation, and vendor coordination.

  • Ability to work collaboratively, manage teams, and execute events efficiently.
