The role involves overseeing clinical and administrative operations, ensuring adherence to medical protocols, leading quality assurance initiatives, and collaborating with a team of physicians and staff to provide exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all clinical and administrative operations of the IVF clinic.

• Ensure compliance with medical protocols and regulatory standards.

• Lead quality assurance initiatives and maintain clinical excellence.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver outstanding patient care.

• Stay updated with the latest advancements in reproductive medicine.

• Contribute to research, development, and innovative healthcare projects.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Medical degree with specialization in reproductive medicine, obstetrics & gynecology, or embryology.

• Minimum 10 years of clinical experience in assisted reproductive technology (ART) and/or IVF procedures.

• Strong leadership and management skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Experience working in prestigious international or pioneering healthcare projects is highly desirable.
