Key Responsibilities:

• Advise and support international clients (investors, families, expatriates) in buying, selling, or renting properties in Dubai.

• Identify, analyze, and present the best market opportunities.

• Negotiate and close transactions with transparency, ensuring client satisfaction.

• Build and maintain a client portfolio through prospecting and networking.

• Organize and conduct property viewings with a premium client experience.

• Handle administrative and contractual processes in compliance with UAE real estate laws.

• Uphold Robins Properties’ high-end image and brand values.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Fluent French (written and spoken) is mandatory.

• Conversational English required; Arabic or other languages are a plus.

• Experience in real estate or luxury sales preferred (motivated beginners accepted – full training provided).

• Valid driver’s license.

• Professional appearance with the ability to build trust with international clients.

• Competitive mindset, autonomy, and strong teamwork spirit.

• Ability to adapt in a demanding, multicultural environment.

• Willingness to relocate to Dubai if not already based there.
