Top Talents International is a Dubai-based events and entertainment agency specializing in delivering premium event solutions for luxury hotels, public venues, and corporate clients. They are seeking a proactive Event Coordinator with strong UAE experience to manage the planning, coordination, and successful execution of high-profile events. This role is a full-time, 6-month renewable contract offering the opportunity to work on luxury and corporate projects across multiple venues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead planning, coordination, and delivery of corporate functions, social events, and live entertainment.

• Develop innovative event concepts, proposals, and manage event budgets.

• Oversee logistics, vendor coordination, and administrative follow-up.

• Collaborate with internal teams on entertainment, talent, and operational needs.

• Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best rates and manage clear contracts.

• Support marketing initiatives to drive event attendance and engagement.

• Manage guest lists, VIP experiences, and ensure smooth on-site event execution.

• Utilize Microsoft Office and project management tools to track deliverables and timelines.

• Maintain relationships with venue managers, suppliers, and industry stakeholders.

• Stay up to date with trends in Dubai’s events and hospitality sector.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven event management experience in Dubai (hospitality, corporate, or entertainment sector).

• Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

• Creative mindset for event concepts and promotional strategies.

• Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages such as Arabic, Spanish, Russian, or French are a plus).

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.

• Valid UAE driving license and residency visa.

• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail and commercial awareness.
