Key Responsibilities:

• Prospect, network, and build relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants.

• Conduct property viewings and present property features to clients.

• Negotiate offers to achieve successful transactions.

• Maintain an in-depth knowledge of Dubai’s real estate market, pricing, and competitor activity.

• Manage the full sales process from lead generation to deal closure.

• Market properties through advertising channels, premium listings, and social media campaigns.

• Provide professional advice on property values and investment opportunities.

• Stay updated with Dubai property laws, regulations, and RERA requirements.

• Maintain accurate records of leads, listings, and transactions using CRM.

Requirements:

• Proven sales experience (preferably in real estate, luxury sales, or high-performance sales environments).

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Highly self-motivated, resilient, and results-driven.

• Professional appearance and conduct.

• Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines.

• Fluency in English (other languages are an advantage).

• UAE driving licence and car preferred but not mandatory.

• Strong work ethic and determined mindset.
