Hilton’s LXR Hotels & Resorts, a collection of independent luxury properties, is hiring a Guest Relations Agent for its All-Day Dining restaurant at the pre-opening LXR Eastern Mangroves Abu Dhabi. This role is central to creating warm, memorable dining experiences while reflecting the brand’s signature blend of elegance, authenticity, and cultural richness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests with professionalism, warmth, and genuine hospitality.

• Escort guests to tables, assist with seating, and ensure preferences are accommodated.

• Manage reservations, seating charts, and guest flow for maximum efficiency.

• Handle inquiries, requests, and special occasions with discretion and care.

• Build guest relationships by remembering preferences and anticipating needs.

• Coordinate with service and culinary teams for seamless operations.

• Monitor and address guest feedback promptly, escalating when necessary.

• Support upselling initiatives and promotions to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue.

• Maintain polished, professional appearance in line with luxury hospitality standards.

• Perform additional duties as required to support the Food & Beverage team.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a guest-facing role within luxury dining or hospitality.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; fluency in English is required (Arabic or additional languages are an advantage).

• Warm, engaging personality with a passion for hospitality.

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, especially during peak service.

• Professional appearance and confident demeanor.

• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
