Job Title: HR & Recruitment Executive

Job Description:

Richasa Casa Real Estate L.L.C. is a trusted brokerage firm operating in Dubai’s fast-growing real estate sector. We specialize in connecting investors and homeowners with premium properties across the city’s most sought-after developments.

We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and organized HR & Recruitment Executive to lead the hiring of commission-based real estate agents while supporting essential HR and administrative functions. This role requires someone with strong communication skills, recruitment expertise, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & HR:

  • Source, screen, and recruit commission-based real estate agents

  • Manage job postings, conduct interviews, and handle agent onboarding

  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of talent for future hiring needs

  • Maintain accurate records of agent contracts, compliance, and HR documentation

Administration & Operations:

  • Track commission structures and payments in coordination with the accounts team

  • Maintain updated records of RERA registrations and agent licensing

  • Assist management with performance reports, attendance tracking, and compliance

  • Support daily office administration and departmental coordination

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in HR, recruitment, or administration (real estate experience preferred)

  • Strong knowledge of UAE labor regulations and real estate licensing (RERA certification is an advantage)

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills

  • Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and basic HR systems
