Job Title: Field Sales Executive
Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Executive with proven experience in the HORECA sector (Hotels, Restaurants, Catering) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for expanding our client base, building strong relationships, and driving sales growth in the Abu Dhabi region.
Key Responsibilities:

Identify, approach, and onboard new clients within the Abu Dhabi HORECA sector

Conduct regular visits to hotels, restaurants, cafeterias, and catering companies to promote our food products

Deliver engaging product presentations, arrange tastings/sampling, and negotiate deals directly with clients

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with purchasing managers and key decision-makers

Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth deliveries and accurate documentation

Achieve assigned sales targets and follow up on timely collections

Keep track of market trends and competitor activity to maximize business opportunities
Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of field sales experience in the Abu Dhabi region

Existing HORECA client base in Abu Dhabi (strong advantage)

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Valid UAE driving license is mandatory

Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
