Miral Experiences is looking for a skilled and experienced Costume Tailor to join the Shared Services Entertainment team at its theme parks. This role plays a vital part in maintaining the professional and creative look of performers across live shows, character meet-and-greets, and special events. The tailor will be responsible for constructing, fitting, altering, and repairing costumes, ensuring both high-quality standards and performer comfort in a fast-paced entertainment environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Construct and alter costumes based on design specifications.

• Conduct fittings and make necessary adjustments for comfort and mobility.

• Collaborate with the costume management team to bring creative ideas to life.

• Repair and maintain costumes for daily shows and special events.

• Manage costume inventory, fabrics, and supplies.

• Ensure costumes meet safety, cleanliness, and performance standards.

• Support backstage operations, including quick changes, laundry, and dressing assistance.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in tailoring, costume construction, or theatrical wardrobe.

• Skilled in hand and machine sewing, garment construction, beadwork, and costume care.

• Strong pattern-making skills.

• Ability to operate industrial and domestic sewing machines.

• High attention to detail and craftsmanship.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.

• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
