Urban Ridge Supplies, in partnership with FedEx, is seeking a dedicated Courier to join its operations team in Dubai. The role involves ensuring timely, safe, and accurate completion of pick-up, delivery, dispatch, and ground operations. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, reliable, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform pick-up and delivery operations (domestic & international).

• Handle dispatch, sorting, and ground operations at hub/station locations.

• Ensure accuracy, safety, and timely completion of operational tasks.

• Provide excellent customer service during deliveries and collections.

• Follow company policies, safety procedures, and operational guidelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Accuracy and strong attention to detail.

• Good planning and organizational skills.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Problem-solving mindset and ability to work in a team.

• Previous courier/logistics experience is preferred but not mandatory.
