Burjline Builders is offering an exciting opportunity for a Housekeeping Attendant at Sofitel Dubai The Obelisk. This role is designed for individuals who want to gain hands-on experience in one of Dubai’s most iconic hotels. The position runs for 12–18 months, providing exposure to all aspects of housekeeping operations, ensuring cleanliness, guest satisfaction, and professional growth in a 5-star luxury environment.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage tasks of housekeeping staff.

• Ensure guest rooms, balconies, corridors, linen rooms, and pantries meet cleanliness standards.

• Oversee public area maintenance and cleanliness.

• Replenish guest supplies promptly and courteously.

• Handle guest requests efficiently.

• Report damages or malfunctions using the P.M.S. system.

• Maintain housekeeping equipment in proper condition.

• Keep accurate floor reports and room statuses.

• Conduct daily briefings and room inspections.

• Report unusual guest activities or behavior.

• Follow hotel health, safety, and hygiene standards.

• Participate in meetings and training sessions.

• Understand differences between room categories and VIP guest requirements.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Good proficiency in English (reading, writing, and speaking).

• Professional grooming and presentation at all times.

• Strong interpersonal skills with attention to detail.

• Leadership and training skills.

• Degree in Tourism & Hotel Management or related field.
