The role requires excellent route knowledge, customer service, and compliance with traffic rules while maintaining the integrity of goods. Responsibilities:

• Pick up and deliver packages on time while ensuring goods remain safe and intact.

• Follow traffic regulations and prioritize road safety.

• Maintain accurate delivery logs and records.

• Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers.

• Provide excellent customer service and resolve minor issues promptly.

• Use delivery management apps to update order status.

• Handle long rides with stamina and efficiency.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Valid UAE bike riding license (mandatory).

• Good knowledge of Dubai delivery routes and traffic laws.
